Running a process from a form

We have a process that kicks off from a form.

If we use a button then it works fine, using as follows:

BUT if we just use a hyperlink as follows it doesn't work (nothing happens at all):

We want to use hyperlinks since the buttons are too high and it pushes all the alignment of the form out.

Can anyone suggest what is wrong here?
