Filtered Dropdown List

I have this reservation system where I reserve boats for my clients
I am trying to filter all the Boats in my Dropdown list to only show boats that is not booked within the StartTime and EndTime I choose while making a Reservation. the code is below but, the problem I am having is that the application is trying to find the boat in the dropdown list but the result is null, it does not return any data.

this is my code for the filtered query

FIND Boat WHERE Reservation.fk_myVessel<>ThisReservation.fk_myVessel AND Reservation.StartTime=>ThisReservation.StartTime AND Reservation.EndTime<=ThisReservation.EndTime AND Reservation.ID<>ThisReservation.ID

The rule seems correct. Could be a bug...

Try removing "This" prefix everywhere:
FIND Boat WHERE Reservation.fk_myVessel<>Reservation.fk_myVessel AND Reservation.StartTime>=Reservation.StartTime AND Reservation.EndTime<=Reservation.EndTime

FIND Boat WHERE COUNT Reservation WHERE ((((Reservation.StartTime>=ThisReservation.StartTime AND Reservation.StartTime<=ThisReservation.EndTime) OR (Reservation.EndTime>=ThisReservation.StartTime AND Reservation.EndTime<=ThisReservation.EndTime)) OR (Reservation.StartTime<ThisReservation.StartTime AND Reservation.EndTime>ThisReservation.EndTime)) AND Reservation.fk_myVessel=Boat AND Reservation<>ThisReservation)=0 AND Boat.AvailableForBooking='Yes'
