ASYNCH color or icons

hi,

has anyone have an example of how to color or display an icon within an
"ASYNCH" message?

is it possible to have the background color red for emergency messages?

For emergency messages I pre store them so users can at time of an emergency just select one and send. Makes it much quicker and the message is HTML so you can colour it etc.

Well, you cannot do this in the Configuration Tool. However, if you are familiar with Javascript you can look at the Aware IM code that handles this and change it. Let me know if you want further details on this.

I was able to change the text (via HTML) which should be sufficient for what we are doing.

An example below:

DISPLAY MESSAGE ASYNCH ClOSABLE '<B><font color=red>Accounts were NOT Created</font></B>'

The result is a box with the error message in red.

I haven't tried this with images, but would HTML references to images located on the server work?
