Script in HTML

I am trying to use the following HTML in the right panel of a display screen to insert a weather report into the persentation. The boxes are displayed but there is no information in them. If I use the same HTML code in a file by itself it works fine, but not inside and AwareIM presentation.
Here is the code:

HTML cells can not display on a Custom Presentation

Sorry I was unclear. I am importing this code into a content panel in the Right Frame of a Visual Perspective.

I moved the Script portion to the startup.html file
Left the rest of the code in the Right Frame of the Visual Perspective, but it still doesn't work.
I'm sure I am missing something on this but I don't know what. I could send you a striped down BSV if you want.
