Using AwareIM for a couple of months, I have an alert message that prevents me now from putting my app on test:
If I connect as admin, or as registered test member, I get: "Access level of the current user is not defined".
If I connect as guest, I get: "Invalid credentials or access denied. Please try again'
I checked what I have built and used for the last weeks: the access levels, the visual perspectives that all seem to be correct (plus I did not modify them recently), as well as the SystemUser BO group, which contains the 2 BOs RegularUser and Member, and both have their access level attribute correctly set to Administrator and Member respectively. I cannot see in those BOs and in their forms any flaw. I cannot find the source of this sudden problem.
When connecting as admin in operation mode, I can only access a default AwareIM interface (not my app); when connecting as registered test member in operation mode, I get the same message that in Test mode: "Access level of the current user is not defined".
I have neither found in the user guide nor in the HowTo guide any reference to those types of message.
Might be a common and simple situation that some have already encountered.
Any hint at that point would be much appreciated.
