Large amount of data with reports

Hi,

I am wondering when we have to fetch down the summary reports from a large chunk of data then awareim will work or display reports.

As I am recently facing such issue, like in my application more the 5000 inventory data, i create a summary report in which it will tell how many items are there of particular category. it won't work.

My question is awareim report will going to work with large amount of data in same manner like it do in initial stage when data is less.

Have you tried increasing the memory allocation?

I'm with Tom on this one. I have reports that run against tens of thousands of large complex records. It takes up to 30 seconds to run but it does run.

I have run up against a few customers that complain that these reports don't run which makes me wonder whether your issue is a client issue rather than a server issue. Have you tried running the report from a different computer?

It is good to hear that you are already running with large complex records and they run also.
Yes, My issue on the client side right now, as their data is growing up from hundreds to thousands of data and they are facing delay in report and never have reports.

I am running awareim on good memory and configure machine. (like 3 GB RAM)
Okay let me know by showing reports on presentation take less time rather showing via PDF reports.
