Aware - Scaling Question

Has anyone yet tried to seperate and run Aware

Web Frontend "Tomcat" - Machine or Farm?
App Layer "Aware"
DB Cluster "MySQL"

How about these questions instead:

As anyone deployed AwareIM across 3 servers'? JRE/JBOSS/TOMCAT/DB

Does anyone have a +8gb mem deployment? If so how many users have you been able to achieve

Does anyone have +1000 users? How are they scaling (concurrent maybe 200)
