Remote Host First Run - No JBOSS

I've just set up a remote Windows 2008 Server VPS. Installed Aware IM from my customer account. When run, the JBOSS server will not start. Doc's say to ensure a number of ports are open. I shut down the firewall completely and JBOSS still does not start.

Any tips?

Turns out I had to install the demo version to get it to work. I will transfer by reg key and update this version later.
