Paying for licences

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing problems getting payment to Aware via PayPal ?

I'm finding it a complete nightmare.

Sometimes the payment is accepted from my Credit Card (with lots of credit on it) and sometimes PayPal refuses to process the payment.

With a Bank transfer period of about 10 days to reach Aware's account, I have a major problem paying for licences.

How does everyone else cope ?

You need to take it up with PayPal. In our experience there are usually no problems if your account/credit card has no issues with PayPal

Had the same problem with PayPal but once you have added your credit card to your account as backup funding it makes life a little easier.

Watch out though they still put a limit on how much you can spend in one transaction!
