Is it possible to design a document that will show multiple results on one field. For example.... I have 2 Business Objects.... One is "Product" and the other is "Shipping", which is owned by "Product" with multiple shipping instances per product allowed.

I need a report that has 3 attributes from "Product" and the ship dates for that instance of product. I got the 3 attributes from "Product" just fine but I am having trouble displaying the Shipping info for that product. It only shows 1 shipping date when in fact it should be showing 3 or 4 different shipping dates. Anyone know how to do this?

Have you looked at reports in the Sample apps?

Yeah i have. The library sample is the only one that has reports built in. It doesn't do what I want it to do. 🙁

You need to insert a sub-report with the shipping info into your report. Please refer to the extensive documentation covering this.

I can't figure this one out. I have been reading the documentation without much success. I can get the shipping date to show up but not multiple shipping dates. I'm stuck.

Here's the query that is in my sub report

FIND Shipping WHERE Shipping IN Product.Shipping ORDER BY Shipping.ShipDate DESC

1) Try changing your query to this:
FIND Shipping WHERE Shipping IN ThisProduct.Shipping ORDER BY Shipping.ShipDate DESC
2) Remove margins from the subreport

Alternatively use the LIST_LINE function instead of the subreport to display several attributes separated by a delimiter
