Scrollbar issues with some browsers

I have a guest user login process that allows people to register for an event. I have several required attributes, so the process is a CREATE so generates a modal form. The form has a height of about 900px. So, either the size of the browser, or display settings should cause the form to have a scroll bar.

I am getting inconsistent results - some FF/Safari on Macs and PCs are not displaying the scroll on the form, so the users can never finish completing it.

I have the form centered, but sometimes the top of the form is cut off.

Any ideas?

Do you have an example bsv where the problem can be reliably reproduced? If so, please send it to support@awareim.com. We had reports about this before, but so far couldn't reproduce the problem

Hi,

I have this problem too - tall forms which display fine in Firefox actually run off the top and bottom of the page in IE - the scroll bars don't appear at all. And strangely enough, some forms which are as small as 300px high can 'develop' scroll bars when viewed in IE.

Any update on this ?

In Accent theme I have froms which are displayed with scrollbars. How can I rid of them?

Hi,
I have noticed in some themes, if one or more attribute labels wrap you will end up with a second scroll bar for the form section that the attributes are in. To resolve, just make the label widths larger and the problem will go away.
