bwienhoven Hi, I'm trying to make things as easy as possible for my users and want to fill a few fields automatically based on the choices they make in a create field. But I can't seem to get that to work. e.g. If Ticket.Type is changed into a certain value (was pre-determined) then Ticket.Expert (the one working on the ticket) is automatically changed into the expert assigned to that type. himanshu Hi, If your target field type is plain text then your do like this: Create a rule with Ticket.Type WAS CHANGED TO 'WHATEVER' THEN TICKET.EXPERT = 'TO EXPERT' and do not forget to check on the dynamic re-calculation box in the advanced tab. Thanks,
