Wizard-Style Navigations

Hi,
I have a business object (call it A) with a wizard style navigation. The wizard-style works fine for Create Object operation. "Next" button will navigate users through all sections.
The problem comes when A is referenced to another business object (call it B) with "Add New" option. When I add new A from B form, the pop up window only shows first section of A form with "Create" button, not "Next" button.

Can the wizard also works for "Add New" from another Business Object?

The Add New button shows the default form of the object, so if your wizard form is not the default one it won't be shown. You may need to implement Add New as a custom process to show the wizard form.

This business object's Main form is wizard style, and on the checkboxes "The system will automatically use the form for: Creation of business object and Editing of business object" are checked. I guess it's the default form of the business object, or am I wrong?

Would you mind giving hint on how to create custom process for wizard-style? I sought in user guide and haven't found it.

Yes, this is the limitation currently - wizard forms do not work in Add New. To implement Add New as a custom process, define a process that would take the parent object as a parameter. This process should display the form of the referred object and end up setting a reference to the created object into the parent object. The process should display a wizard form properly.

I used "ENTER NEW BusinessObjectName" in the process and it works 🙂
