View & Editing of own Created Debtors

I created BO`s Debtor & Agent

I want the Agent which created his Debtor`s to be able to only view/edit his own created Debtors. (Creator Full Access)

I created a attribute DebtorAgent in the Debtor BO via peer.

I made use of the following rule:

If Debtor.DebtorAgent IS DEFINED Then
READ PROTECT Debtor FROM ALL EXCEPT Agent AND Administrator.

The problem with my rule is that all the Agents can view each others Debtors instead of only their own created Debtors. I put the rule under my Debtor`s BO. What rule can i made use off to sort these problem...?

Think must use a rule involving LoggedInUser.

Question before helping further:

Are Debtors always created by an Agent & then only seen by that one Agent?

No the Debtors can also be created by Councilors & Francise Agents.

When users login iwant them all to create their own Debtors.

Also created attributes in Debtors : DebtorsCouncilor & DebtorsAgent, DebtoFranciseAgent peers with drop down with their Name & Surname of the Agent, FranciseAgent or Councilor in the Debtor`s BO, when selected.

I used the Following rules under Debtor :

If Debtor.DebtorAgent IS DEFINED Then
READ PROTECT Debtor FROM ALL EXCEPT Agent AND Administrator.

If Debtor.DebtorCouncilor IS DEFINED Then
READ PROTECT Debtor FROM ALL EXCEPT Councilor AND Administrator.

If Debtor.DebtorFranciseAgent IS DEFINED Then
READ PROTECT Debtor FROM ALL EXCEPT FranciseAgent AND Administrator.

I dont know if i`am on the right tract :

Mybe if their is an example of an rule (If Debtor is New) that when the Agent, Councilor, FranciseAgent creates an Debtor that it automatically (dynamically) in for instance a attribute called Createdby shows the Logged in Users Name & Surname. (without having to select it)
Then if any of these access levels creates their Debtor that only the user that created it will be able to view & edit their own records.

I got Agent, Francise Agent & Councilor BO's under BO Group SystemUser.

Are attibutes in the Debtor BO.

Yes only one of the attributes will be Selected in the BO Debtor.

I got a attribute AccessLevel under each of these BOs (Shows the access Level : Agent, Francise Agent or Councilor in this attribute. Supose it will act as the userlevel attribute you suggested.

Actually the rule is much simpler than I said above. Try this:

If (Debtor.DebtorAgent<>LoggedInSystemUser AND Debtor.DebtorCouncilor<>LoggedInSystemUser AND Debtor.DebtorFranciseAgent<>LoggedInSystemUser) THEN
READ PROTECT Debtor FROM ALL EXCEPT Administrator

I also wonder if you have the optimal relationships. I wonder if Debtor should be OwnedBy DebtorAgent, DebtorCouncilor or DebtorFranciseAgent

Not sure what you mean by this.

I thought those BOs were part of the SystemUser BO Group & the names would be in these records already???

Yes, these BOs (Agent, FranciseAgent & Councilor) are part of the SystemUser and their is already a user created with a Username & Password as well as the users Name & Surname in these BO`s

If one of these users logged in from one of the said BO`s; i want their Name & Surname to dianamically appear in the DebtorAgent, DebtorFranciseAgent, DebtorCouncilor when login; without me having to select one of the said attributes.

At this stage for instance the DebtorAgent attribute is of Type: Agent Peer.
At my DebtorAgent attribute.

So when i click on it their is a dropdown with the Agent`s Name & Surname that appears. I dont want do have to selct it. I want these details of the LoggedInUser to appear their without me having to Select the correct Agent.[/img]

I must say previouse rules that you gave to me work perfect.
i can even transfer a debtor form one Agent to another by only chaging the DebtorAgent.

Use something like:

ENTER NEW Debtor WITH DebtorAgent=LoggedInSystemUser
