I've looked through that and it doesn't quite do what I need. The references in "Library" are all calculated.
I have a BO "NSCPers". Each instance can have 1 to 3 contact records with varying names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
I've set up three BOs for each type of contact. "Primary", Secondary", "Tertiary". Then I began adding reference attributes for each to "NSCPers". I did them one at at time and tested. The first worked just as I expected, showing a frame for a line display at the bottom of the "NSCPers" form. I was able to add a new instance of "Primary", save, and when I brought up the form for the "NSCPers" instance the reference showed correctly. I then added the reference attribute "Secondary" to "NSCPers". When I went to test mode and displayed the instance of "NSCPers" I added the 1st reference to there was no frame(s) for displaying either reference. I deleted the "Secondary" reference from "NSCPers", went back to test, and "Primary" showed up again.
The documentation is kind of confusing. I left "Multiple Allowed" unchecked because there will only ever be one of each. The dialogue box uses "Peer", "Owner of", and "Owned by". I assume that relates to "Peer", "Parent", "Child" as stated in the documentation. I left the default "Peer". I think "Owner of" might be more appropriate but then that demands a "Matching Attribute" and there is none.
Hope you can help with this. I really don't want to keep expanding the "NSCPers" with more attributes particularly when some will never be used.
Thanks for helping.
