Limited HTML editor

When using HTML fields in my forms, AwareIM shows an editor with very limited options. Even less then the documentation shows. Below is an image of the menu options I am getting:

Thus it is impossible to embed an image, insert a link or enter direct html.

Does anybody know how to enhance the functionality of the html editor that awareIM is using?

You need to run Internet Explorer for fully capable HTML editor. Other browsers have limitations as far as the HTML editor is concerned
