In an effort to decrease development costs we are posting a series of Add-Ons which we would like to have integrated with Aware. Please post if you would contribute to help integrate these or other features.

What advantage would this have over the current wizard form navigation?

Primarily progress bar directly in the wizard : decreases the anguish, anxiety of users or participants in various applications. i.e. Surveys, Interviews, Product Setup and HR Questionnaires.

Proven via Ecommerce applications to help progress the psychological purchase of an item

ATG Dynamo has had several White Papers in the past on the use and integration of visual cues similar

Great Find! That would be a very helpful widget.

One of the features i would like to see in the current wizard is the ability to view the tabs while in wizard mode

So when setting the form up to wizard or sequential, an option to include the tabs in the view would be great

This would provide a user a visual on the stage of the wizard, and also let the user go directly to a stage by clicking on a tab rather than a previous button

It seems quite a simple modification to the existing version to get the same result as the example url

Hi again.

Aware has sent me quotes for all four features.

As of now the top two are

1) Date and Time, Quote from Aware $1500

Benefit: Any calendaring, scheduling or project time based application would need this. So any ISV should see this as a core feature

2) Wizard, Quote from Aware $2500

Benefit: Primarily for ISV's who intend on delivering an application to a more diverse audience whom are less technical or need to capture specific settings in a pedagogic way. Wizards also solve commerce based psychological challenges and can easily increase usability towards an End Users satisfaction.

We could contribute $1500 if others felt these were also worth while, while perhaps Aware could trim down to an even $3000 for both.

Thanks
