New visual perspective - access level button greyed out

Trying to create a new visual perspective for my senior instructors. even though I have the tick box ticked, my access level button remains greyed out.

Also when I edit an existing VP, the access level button is live but when I click it, the list of access levels is not present in the left hand box, so I dare not remove the existing access level from the right hand side otherwise I'll be stuffed.

This one is URGENT - please help

Most probably you already have one VP defined for each of your access levels. Therefore, you cannot define another VP for the access level. You need to remove access levels from some of the existing VP's
