Invalid credentials or access denied

Hi,

Out of the blue, my Aware application is giving me an 'Invalid credentials or access denied' error message when I try to log on. No-one can log on, not even admin.

The application is a build of my system installed on a Windows server and it was working just fine till yesterday.

I suspect a server re-boot might sort it out ...... but why is it misbehaving ??

Any experience, help or suggestions much appreciated,

Did you publish the version in between? It is theoretically possible that publishing a version could have screwed up the login information especially if you made modifications to the Regular User object (although, noone reported any problems with this before). Other than that, the only explanation is - someone must have changed the password.

Hi Support,
I just facing the above problem, as i try to publish my bsv and got some error, so i unable to publish the bsv then i close the configuration tool and enter the user-name and password.

and now it showing access denied with my correct user-name password,

Please tell how can we resolved this?

So is the version published or not? What is the error you are getting while publishing?

Hi,
I don't know did business application is published or not, because i could not able to enter the configuration panel. username and password access denied.

While i was publishing my bsv i got the following exception.

Exception publishing business space version AwareIM server encountered the following error. Error dropping columns for table 'TABLE_NAME' can't DROP 'ATTRIBUTE_NAME' check the column/key Exists

After that i checked what may be the cause, then i got my mistake I did by importing some other business space to some other business space.

Then Thanks to our db backup system, I restore my db again with last good one, and all things are restore just now and working correctly.
