BO not get defined while creating the new appointment

I have question? regarding the appointment object. When we create a new appointment under the BO, which has a relationship with the BO. does not get defined under the same BO.

Please follow the steps and produce the issue.

Run the CRM sample application.
Login with admin user.
Select Staff -> Show Staff Member
It display the staff member results.
select any staff member and edit. [let be brian]
[brian] select tab diary
click on any date to create new appointment.
it will show the appointment entry form.
now here is my questiion?
when we already selected the staffmember, and working on the same staff member [diary] then why has to select the staff memeber again at the appoitment form rather it should be intilize itself the [brian] with staff member.

Hi,

I have always used a process rather than the default 'add an appointment' functionality:

ENTER NEW Appointment WITH Appointment.Client=ThisClient

I also going to use the same for the time being but it is a bypass of actual situation.

I hope if awareim support will figure out something of the snapshot sent by tom.
