I appear to be loosing part of some long email messages sent in HTML format. I notice that the Incoming email notification has two attributes, firstly HTMLMessage which is of document type and secondly Message which is of plain text type and max size 4000.
Questions are:
1.What are the two attributes for?
- In the library example the receivedemail BO only has one message field of plain text type and max length 4000. So what happens to longer messages?
- How are plain text and HTML text handled? Do different rules have to be set up on the incoming notification or is it handled automatically.
