I want to ask about Page Break in Report. I have seen user guide and know that it's only applicable to Title, Summary, and Group band.
However, in my case, maybe i need to do a trick, since i need the page break to happen in Details band (for each record found).
I created a report for business object Apartment. The report contains subreport Income which uses Rent object. The subreport will show all income data under following condition "FIND Rent WHERE Rent.ApartmentNumber = Apartment.ApartmentNumber"
The subreport element is put in the Details band, along with the attributes <<Apartment.ApartmentNumber>>
This work well, the report displayed each Apartment record and its Income table.
But I need to have a page break for each Apartment record displayed, so Apartment.ApartmentNumber and its income sub-report will be displayed in separated page.
I have tried grouping the data. I create a new Group Band named "ApartmentName", then put <<Apartment.ApartmentNumber>> and the subreport in the Group band header. But it only generates one Apartment record, the rest is not generated.
Is there any trick to do page break for Details band? Or maybe my way of grouping the record is wrong?
