What is the best way to display the contents of a pdf document in the main form of an application?

Just a heads up on what I am trying to do. We have a user guide in pdf format that I would like to display to the users from within the application. The document contains proprietary information so the safest way to give it to the clients is through the application without the ability to save the file locally. We don't want the user guide to be sent around and possible end up in the hands of our competition.

The PDF that's opened within AwareIM will still be able to be saved or emailed from the PDF reader.

If you create the pdf file with a pdf generator that supports security on the document then you should be able to control the rights of the pdf file by disabling Print Or Save

Do you know if the rights restriction would also eliminate the email function?

I am implementing help using a tool called Help and Manual (just Google it). I generate HTML output, post it to a web space, then display it within my Award IM application using a URL function. The tool will generate PDF from the same source. If you are that concerned about your rights, then you could also use the security feature in Adobe Acribat to lock the file from copying/saving/etc.
