Multi-Tenant data filter

Question:

Could anyone help describe a solution in which we could have all Data which is relevant to a LoggedInRegularUsers.EmployerId NOT available to other logged in users which are not employees of that office or company?

Background:

We have an application which many different customers access.
Each "Employee" has an Employer
Each Employer has Offices

BO.Employees (have an Employer and are assigned to an Office)
BO.Offices (Staff which are Employees)
BO.Customer (aka Employer)

Goal:

We would like that an Employee logged in cannot look at another Offices Employees, or other BO data?

You can add attribute to the employees BO that control's which office they are assigned to eg Employee.AssignedOffice

And an attribute Office to any BO's that you want to filter who can access it eg BOName.Office

And then add the following filter to queries that the user will access / use:

FIND BOName WHERE BOName.Office=LoggedInEmployee.AssignedOffice

That will then ensure that they see only their office's data.
