I have a FORM that has a process that can be launched via a button at the top of the form. The process has the following command:

PICK ONE OR MORE FROM Attachment WHERE Attachment.X_Contact_Activity=ThisContact_Activity ORDER BY Attachment.Description ASC

This works fine except that the column layout is not the preferred layout. I know that I can use a query instead. How do I get the query to filter on only the Attachments where Attachment.X_Contact_Activity=ThisContact_Activity?

I modified my process to save out the variable LoggedInRegularUser.ApplicationVariable_Contact_Activity_ID in the context of the current user and then added the variable within the query for identifying which records to select.

LoggedInRegularUser.ApplicationVariable_Contact_Activity_ID=ThisContact_Activity.ID
PICK ONE OR MORE FROM 'qView Attachments Filtered on ApplicationVariable_Contact_Activity_ID'
