Hi,

Using the old calendar view, when the number of appointments exceeds about 1000 records, future appointments do not show after a certain date. If I delete appointments the problem goes away but the client wants to be able to show approx. 1500 appointments in their calendar view. Is this perhaps controlled by some setting that only allows 1000 appointments or is this some kind of memory issue?

Using the new calendar view, is there a way to control what information shows in the calendar cells? The old view only shows the subject field but the new view seems to show far more, even more than I want.

Hi,

In trying to recreate the issue with the new calendar viewing showing information other than the appointment subject field it appears that the issue was caused by copying an existing 'old style' calendar query and changing it to a 'new style', it doesn't seem to like this. When I create the query from scratch it works fine.

However, I have several clients that use the old style calendar and have large numbers of appointments. Do you have any idea why it will not show future appointments if the number of appointments exceeds approx. 1000 appointments?

There is a problem with the old calendar - it is not optimised and is probably limited to 1000 appointments. The new calendar does not have this problem - it is optimised and not limited.
