On p44 starts a section 'Context' and on p61 a section 'Context of Rule Execution'
I think it is more clear when p44 is named 'Context: Introduction',
and the title 'Aggregate Operations' on p56 changed to
'Context and Agregate Operations'
Under 'Rule Evaluation' is a series of links 'See Also'.
It seems to me that the order of these links (and subsequently the sections in the text) is not composed for linear reading. Some subjects are divided over 2 places, with other sections inbetween.
All sections have the same level of font-type for the header, it is not possible to recognise subdivisions.
