XML login_action result with entities for < and >

Mark the entities. This is expected:

Hi are u using custom awareim XML Interface to login this.. i also working on the same... i just submit similar issue with the login_action, could u share the something related to this...

as i am not able to login the applicaiton and getting the failure in reply

is something underway to come...regarding tags <session_id>

problem regarding tags is all around, means to every send xml action the responseText is not like what it should be...

I try <get_business_space_version />

and it reply with long xml string like this some

<business_space> <version>...............................

... :?: please give any help or suggestion, i think there is someother problem with this, as awareim.js script is running fine overall which uses same action interfaces.

The predefined entities < and > stand for the characters < and > in the value of an element. With a result as above there is no element <session_id> that is part of the XML structure.

This is the result of an HTTP POST request from http://localhost:8080/AwareIM/xml.do, either with Javascript/XMLHTTP or with PHP. There is no step in my software that translates into < and >

What's happening here?

Hi Gert,

support said that they will see the issue it might some old interface problem, but if you want to some test then you can use JS function str.replace(/>/,">"); this will remove the prefix and place the actual, do this 2 times for gt and lt each, then you can have final string with <session_id>..
