Value of a reference

I have a Bo named "applicant" and a reference named "level" in a Bo named "skills". What i am trying to do (since hours) is:

If i add a new Bo to the referencelist "level" then the value of the attribute "name" from this Bo ("skills") should also added to the attribute "cloud" (plaintext) of the Bo "applicant".

So i added a rule to the bo applicant "if level WAS ADDED TO applicant.level then applicant.cloud=applicant.cloud+' '+skills.name". I also tried "if level WAS ADDED TO applicant.level then applicant.cloud=applicant.cloud+' '+applicant.skills.name".

Nothing works and i am sure, i am doing something wrong but i cant find out. :oops: Hopefully someone has a hint for me ???

It sounds like you want your cloud attribute to be a list of all the skills of an applicant. Is that correct?

If so, try one of these functions:

1) LIST_LINE -- to get all on one line with delimeter between values

applicant.cloud=LIST_LINE(applicant.level, ' ', ' ** ', 'name')

-- in this example ** would be replaced by the delimiter you want between each value

2) LIST -- one line for each value of reference

applicant.cloud=LIST(applicant.level, ' ', 'name')

Yippppieee, that function works for me very well - with that i am able to realize my little tag cloud 🙂
