Problem with Forms

I have a BO named "Applicant" with an attribute "state" on which i use 2 queries, one for attribute state "not hired" and one for state "hired"

For the the first query i use the standard editing form from the resulting table. But for the second table (attribute state=hired) i want to use another
form because the bo then has some more attributes, not showing one the standard form.
For this i haved added an operation for editing, located next to the item. It workes fine, but if i click on the line in the resulting table, it always shows
me the standard form.

Is there any way around this ? If i click on the line, it should show me my second form.

U can have 2 forms for the BO
Form1 - to show the attributes for state 'hired'
Form2 - to show the attributes for state 'not hired'

Create a process EDIT which has the following lines-
If Applicant.State='hired' Then Edit Applicant using Form1
Else If Applicant.State='not hired' Then Edit Applicant using Form2

For both the queries have an operation of the 'Start Process' type to call this process
