Enter New - Form Layout

I have a BO with a large number of fields. When i create an instance of the BO using ENTER NEW the form des not expand to the width of the screen.
Whereas if CREATE was used the form takes up the entire width of the screen.

Is there a way to configure the BO forms to consume all screen width when ENTER NEW is used?

No. ENTER NEW works in a pop-up window. You don't want your pop-up window to occupy full screen.
