Filter Query question

I'm having a problem with the configuration of a filter query.

This is what I want to achieve:
There is a drop down on a form listing accounts and these accounts must belong to the current selected site and must be marked as being active, must be of the current user, and must not be used already in the current campaign..

Here is the filter query I'm currently using:

FIND Account WHERE Account.Site.ID=ThisVote.Campaign.Site.ID
AND Account.RegularUser.ID=LoggedInRegularUser.ID
AND Account.Status='Active'
AND NOT(Account IN ThisVote.Campaign.Accounts)

The query works fine if I drop the last line, otherwise it always returns an empty list.

Accounts are inserted into Campaign.Accounts by a rule upon creation of a new Vote object.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

See #14 in Appendix B of the User Guide - Known Limitations. There is a recommended solution there.

That's the first place I check if something does not work.

Thanks, I've updated the query accordingly, but now I'm hitting limitation #15.

FIND Account WHERE Account.Site.ID=ThisVote.Campaign.Site.ID
AND Account.RegularUser.ID=LoggedInRegularUser.ID
AND COUNT Account WHERE(Account IN ThisVote.Campaign.Accounts)=0

ThisVote.Campaign.Accounts is not supported, any idea how to circumvent this limitation? I cannot move Accounts into the Vote object.

Not sure but you might try:

AND COUNT Account WHERE(Account IN Campaign.Accounts WHERE(Campaign IN ThisVote.Campaign))=0

thanks Pete,

but unfortunately this is also not working.

... WHERE(Account IN Campaign.Accounts WHERE ... is not accepted, so I changed it to

AND COUNT Account WHERE(Account IN Campaign.Accounts AND Campaign=ThisVote.Campaign)=0

But this returns accounts that are already used for that particular campaign.

Any other idea ?

I'm actually having another query as well that makes me headaches:

Users in the system can have several accounts and they can vote on campaigns using one of these accounts. Accounts do have different types as campaigns have as well.

So, a user should just see campaigns where he has accounts of matching type, but only if not all of his matching accounts have voted for that campaign.

Let's give an example:
There is a campaign of type A and the user has two accounts of type A and he already voted for that campaign with one of his accounts, so he would be still able to vote for this campaign with the other account, that's why this campaign must be in the result list.
Once he has voted for that campaign with his other matching account that campaign shouldn't be in the result list.

Campaign.Accounts is holding a list of accounts which already voted for it and Account.RegularUser is a reference to the user object.

Any help here would be highly appreciated.
