There are two ways it can be done. One is to have a process with a single PRINT DOCUMENT action in it. Such process can be used as an operation on a query marked as applicable to multiple items. The user can select (tick) multiple items in the query result table and then click the operation once, which will print a separate template-based document for each selected item.
The other way is to put the query as a first step of the process and the PRINT DOCUMENT action as the second step, for example:
PICK ONE OR MORE FROM MyClients
PRINT DOCUMENT ClientLetter
If no user selection is required the process would look like this:
FIND MyClients
PRINT DOCUMENT ClientLetter
