Change ADD wording on Reference Element

Would it make since to request a change in wording on the ADD button on a Table of Items to LINK EXISTING.

So when you have a Table of Items the buttons would show:

Link Existing & Add New NOT Add & Add New
or Maybe
Add Existing & Add New NOT Add & Add New
.

U can use term SELECT also in place of ADD.
