Import options

We have a need to have users importing data into our system (similar to the application we are replacing for them).

My question is this: currently on Import the 'Validate Data' button is unchecked by default. Meaning that unless the user is paying attention and checks this option their data will not be validated against the business rules. Is there anyway to have the 'Validate Data' option be checked by default?

You can use the IMPORT action in a rule & force rule firing.

That sounds like a great idea. Could it still also be an option though. I would just like it to be checked by default. I do still want them to have the option though.

Basically, I would like the users to be able to import data according to the business rules. Or uncheck the validation field as a way of them verifying they choose to bypass the rules and they will need to ensure the accuracy of the data after the import.
