CURRENT_WEEK

Hi,

Can anyone tell me which days of the week are grouped by the CURRENT_WEEK function ?

Does the CURRENT_WEEK run from Monday to Sunday, Sunday to Saturday, or is it dependant on some other configuration within the application ?

Is the CURRENT_WEEK dependant on the calendar pop-up week start day perhaps ?

I'll experiment when I get a chance, but an answer from some knowledgable person might save me some time.

Note the paragraph starting with "Values calculated for the WEEK_OF_YEAR field..."

Note that getFirstDayOfWeek is Sunday and getMinimalDays is 7

Does this mean that Aware implements the java standard in its CURRENT_WEEK function (ie CURRENT_WEEK is the current period from Sunday to Saturday) or is the getFirstDayOfWeek() value configurable somewhere ?.

For my purpose, the end of the week needs to be Sunday not Saturday.

Can this be done ?

Looks like my app users will just have to pretend their week ends on a Saturday ........

Not sure this will help, but sometime ago I remember a conversation about first day of week but I believe it had to do with the Calendar view.

If my memory is correct it was a modification to one of the files and it changed the start date of the calendar. Not sure about CURRENT_WEEK?

I could be wrong on this and I've spent 10 minutes trying to search for it on the forums but the search abilities on this old version of phpBB forum software sucks.

Currently it's Sunday and it's not configurable. We'll have to change the code to make it configurable... Don't know when we can do this, though.
