Version 1163 issue

Hi,

There is a fairly serious problem with the latest build (1163); ENTER NEW no longer works when called from a process. The 'executing' dialog shows for a few seconds and then nothing happens.

I have confirmed this problem on three separate installations. I have rolled back my server to 1162 but now I have the appointment issues showing up again so a fast resolution would be a real help.

Should be fixed in build 1165 that is out now. Apologies for this blunder.
