I have a process that archives contacts to an OptOutContacts BO but this is not working?
Process01
Find Contacts Where Contacts.OptIn='No'
Process02
Process02
CREATE OptOutContacts WITH
OptOutContacts.CompanyName=Contacts.CompanyName,
OptOutContacts.Date=Contacts.Date,
OptOutContacts.Duplicate=Contacts.Duplicate,
OptOutContacts.EmailAddress=Contacts.EmailAddress,
OptOutContacts.Index=Contacts.Index,
OptOutContacts.New=Contacts.New,
OptOutContacts.OptIn=Contacts.OptIn,
OptOutContacts.PhoneNumber=Contacts.PhoneNumber,
OptOutContacts.PostCode=Contacts.PostCode,
OptOutContacts.RECMember=Contacts.RECMember
How ever process02 when you try and save this I receive the following message -
Possibly wrong object identifier Contacts is used in path Contacts.OptIn in Rule CreateOptOut
I see this message for each attribute.
The Objective is to copy all Contacts records from Contacts BO to OptOutContacts BO.
Hope this makes sense?
I have a similar process in version 2.3 which is working fine so not sure what the issue is with version 4?
