Calendar Presentation of Query Results

I'm trying to display attributes of an appointment type BO in a calendar presentation but am unable to display anything in the calendar except the 'Subject' attribute.

I can choose other attributes in the 'Items to Display' section of the query presentation, but none of them will display.

Has anyone any experience with this ?

Maybe it's a bug ?

Hi,

The items to display controls what is shown if you click on an item, not what is shown in the calendar view. I am pretty sure that you are limited to the subject line.

As a workaround I tend to use rules attached to the appointment object to put the information that I would like to show into the subject, i.e.:

If FulfillmentAppointment IS NEW OR FulfillmentAppointment.StartTime WAS CHANGED OR FulfillmentAppointment.Client WAS CHANGED OR FulfillmentAppointment.FulfillmentAdvisor WAS CHANGED Then
FulfillmentAppointment.Subject='Conf #:'+FulfillmentAppointment.Client.ConfirmationNumber+AS_STRING(FulfillmentAppointment.StartTime,' - h:mm a')+' - '+FulfillmentAppointment.FulfillmentAdvisor.FirstName

But this is not the right way to show the information when the fields and information already in other attributes.

So my question to awareim could we show more attributes in the calendar view in coming updates.
