ghilton I believe so as this instance was purchased earlier this year so I an able to upgrade to the latest version. I did this while logged into my AwareIM acount and followed the process to no avail :cry:
christopherb You need to re-apply your product key using the bat file mentioned prior by Tom Good luck,
himanshu ghilton it is very easy to upgrade or enter the license but if u still facing problem then just send a email to support you will get the right solutions..with all steps to do
