I was able to get the driver at the following link to work

The information that tazzmaxx was missing was the Driver Class Name, which is com.inzoom.jdbcado.Driver.
The Driver Class Name is not found in the driver's documentation. Once I had the Driver Class Name, the setup was relatively easy using the Driver's documentation and the Aware IM documentation.
