How are missed Schedules handled?

If AwareIM happened to be down when a scheduled process was due to run, is this process missed althogether or are missed scheduled processes detected and run to catch up somehow.

If not, how do you suggest I should go about detecting missed processes.

I´d like to know this as well. Haven´t come this far yet, but it is essential not to miss out on scheduled tasks!

A scheduled task is just a rule that you can modify - you might want to set a special attribute when a scheduled rule is checked. So the scheduled rule will not only check the time but also this special attribute - if the time is past the scheduled time and the attribute is not set, then do whatever is necessary and set the attribute.

This implies that the scheduled task is run on a regular interval in order for the late flag to be tested. Can you confirm this. What is the granulartity of the scheduler ie how often is the time tested?
