Send Email with Attachement no Attachement is submitted

I was trying to send an E-Mail with Attachement using the Library Example.
The Attachment1 is showing in the Message created (State: Sent) under Find/Correspondence but in the message which is received by e.g. Outlook the subject and message appears but no Attachement1.
Any Suggestions?

Are you sure you are setting the attachment data? The document attribute must be set to either the name of the document template or some existing document.

Thank you for you quick reply on sunday!
I was using an image (jpg) file which i uploaded with the Browse Button in the Form, this is not an AwareIM document.
The image is showing in the form Find/Correspondence, but not sent via E-Mail.

The image should be set to the attribute of the OutgoingEmail notification of the Document type. Please read the manual!!

Thanks for your patience, but i cant find the hint in the Manual.
I was loohing at the Library Example, in The Notification "OutboundEmail" are Attachements defind as Document Type without Initial Value.
The same Settings are used in the BO OutgoingEmail.
How can i predefine an docment name when i use the Browse Button in the Form to Upload and send the E-Mail?

I think i have figured out the problem, is it maybe a bug?
I have tried to create a document (Type: HTML) called Email as it is in the CRM example.
After clicking Import I entered the path and filename of the example outgoing_email.html but the import does not work, there is always an error message which tells me that i have to define the Report first on clicking create.
This issue occurs also when I try to import a html file in a Visual Perspective.

I was trying now AwareIm Examples (CRM and Library) again with OutgoingEmail and an Attachment, the Attachments are stored in the Table(s) but not sent as Attachment via E-Mail. The Subject and Message is sent without any peroblem.
I do not think that i am wrong, i was using the examples without any code modification.

You are right - sample application has a problem. You need to create the notification first and then explicitly set its attachment attributes:

Create OutgoingEmailNotification
OutgoingEmailNotification.Attachment1 = ...
...
SEND OutgoingEmailNotification TO ...
