Hi Support ,
I will try and be more specific
The report in question relates to an Appointment object
In the report I have two sub reports. Each one of these sub reports is linked to an existing Query. ( BTW Both the sub reports run as they should, when run independently - its pretty much similar to the Library Member detail report )
The query in each sub-report is as follows :
Sub Report 1: FIND Appointment WHERE Appointment.AssignedTo.ID=LoggedInSystemUser.ID AND Appointment.Type='Meeting' AND NOT(Appointment.Status CONTAINS 'Completed') AND Appointment.ActivityDate=CURRENT_DATE ORDER BY Appointment.StartTime
Sub Report 2:FIND Appointment WHERE Appointment.AssignedTo.ID=LoggedInSystemUser.ID AND Appointment.Type='Phone Call' AND NOT(Appointment.Status CONTAINS 'Completed') AND Appointment.ActivityDate=CURRENT_DATE ORDER BY Appointment.StartTime
If I remove the "Appointment.ActivityDate=CURRENT_DATE ORDER BY Appointment.StartTime" from both of the above queries then the report works fine.
I also removed from 'Existing Query" to "Determine at run Time" and then inserted the query while in the main report Design, but this made no difference.
As to the "Save" problem, I did not quite get your response , but to simulate the problem, go into the Library sample and Design Member Detail Report, delete one of the Sub Reports and then exit. There is no save that takes place. Also the configurator does not know of the change either
