SSL Trusted Certificate Problem

AwareIM 3.0 (1034)
I have installed an Trusted Thawte Cetrificate for the domai used for the AwareIM Server.
I am using an startpage which works without any problems with the SSL Certificate.
After starting the AwareIM Page in the Browser without any banner or html included the following message appears (Internet Explorer):
Your site contains secure an unsecure objects.

What do i have to change to get rid of this message?

Thank you for your quick reply.
I have tested again opening AwareIM with SSL using Internet Explorer 7 on different machines where the browsers are working 100% without any problems.
The messages which appears is not a error message, the message only says that there are loading secure (https🙂 and unsecure (http🙂 pages.
I have tested also the AwareIM examples with the same result.
I dont no what AwareIM is loading without https but its for shure that there are parts loaded on the startpage without ssl.

Support, this is a problem with Aware. It started in version 3.x and is a concern when your dealing with users that don't like security warnings of any kind.

Can you please check into it and see if you can please find a fix.

For the record it was not a problem in any of the version 2.x builds, it only appeared when version 3 was released.

When exactly do the messages occur? Is it when you are running a query with the new interface?

I have done some tests now and you are absoltely right, this messages occures when a Version 3 query is startet for the first time.
When running an other query in the same browser session the message does not appear, as i wrote before the message only appears when any Version 3 query is startet for the first time.

The new query grid uses AJAX to obtain data. The AJAX object calls the server using relative URL, something like /AwareIM/xmlext.do

I suspect that this relative URL is resolved to a non secure URL, something like http://serverName/AwareIM/xmlext.do

Is your current page (which displays the grid) using secure (https🙂 or non-secure URL (http🙂?

The start page includes a Visual perspective which shows a result of an Version3 query, the addressbar of IE shows always https:

Over the weekend i have done some testing regarding this issue.
When i do not display a Version 3 query on the main startpage the browser warning occures when i open the first Version 3 query from the menu.
The reason for the browser message "secure and unsecure contents" are definitive queries using Version 3.

It looks like the problem is deep in the EXT library that we are using. We will investigate further.

This is EXT problem. The problem may be fixed in the new version that we are releasing soon (since the new version uses the new version of EXT as well)

This is still and issue with IE7, IE8 & IE9. Any thoughts on changes that can be made to resolve this either locally or on the Aware IM side?
