aware_support Hi Christopher, this is probably because there is not enough memory allocated to Tomcat. Just increase the memory for Tomcat. You can find out how to do this in the Installation Guide or search this forum. Happy Holidays to you too.
christopherb Support, I was working with some custom items on the logon.jsp. Though After testing i returned the original logon.jsp but the system act as if the test file in place? I have checked the file to be sure and restarted Aware. Is there a way to "flush" any cache from Aware. Thank you, Christopher
