2 issues with version 3 interface (query results and menu)

Hi,

I have some trouble with the new version 3.0 style interface:

query results do not show up in the new style
In the display results section I can via pressing the details button select between "version 2 interface" or by not selecting, choosing the version 3 one.
However, it has no impact. The query results are always shown in the old style interface.
This happens in testing mode as well as in published mode
When I enter a referenced BO (not multible allowed) the new nice version 3 interface comes up as a semi window, the main screen is greyed out and I can select the referenced BO.
At the moment when the selection window appears my top menu is shifted upwards and I can from then on only see the lowest third of the menu (which means the text is not readable anymore because it was shifted away.

I am using build 1025 on MAC OSX, browser is safari.

by the way, when I resize my window (1st make it smaller, then bigger) the menu is again visible.

Can you send us the BSV and data that you are trying to display by the query?
