If an Aware user were adventurous enough to develop a custom UI using the built in EXT framework, could you give an example of how the server would handle the request and return a response. aware_support You mean, build completely your own AJAX-based interface using EXT? If so, you would have to use the XML interface to Aware IM server, which is explained in the Programmers Reference Guide.
