Autoassigning a user -and not - to an object.

I have a rule that looks like this:

If Jobb.Utfort_av='' Then
Jobb.Utfort_av=LoggedInRegularUser

This rule assigns the logged on user as the creator to a job.

Now I want to make a new form and use this to enter jobs which not yet has a user assigned to it. Since the rule above is linked to the object and the object is the same this will not work.

Does any one has any good thoughts to how this could be done?

Are you saying that you don't want to assign users when that particular form is used? And in all other cases you want to assign users?

One way to do this is to define a process that would bring up this particular form and then assign a user to undefined.

First of all the rule need to be changed to assign a user only when a job is created:

If Jobb IS NEW Then
Jobb.Utfort_av=LoggedInRegularUser

Then you define a process like this:
ENTER NEW Jobb USING YourParticularForm
Jobb.Utfort_av = UNDEFINED
