Yes. If a form includes references edited inline and the references have rules re-calculated dynamically, the reference will be re-calculated dynamically without a redraw.
Similarly if you edit a value on a form and there is a dynamically re-calculated rule that depends on the value being entered, the rule will fire automatically as soon as the use leaves the field. This will cause re-calculation of the values without a redraw. The focus will stay wherever it is.
